At Village III you can choose which life style you would like to live in.  There are three different types of units.  They are the Manors, the Cameos, and the Townhouses.

Manor House:

Charm and spaciousness are yours in a Manor House.  All-on-one-floor, the Manor house is planned around an atrium-like private patio, giving the entire home a garden feeling.  Natural light and a sense of being separate and apart make the Manor House seem like a world of its own.

Cameo House:

The Cameo combines large home comfort with modest size.  It is the same floor plan as the Manor House, just a bit smaller.

Townhouse:

Our maximum value in good living.  A foyer entry steps up to the level of the living room.  Immediately you’re impressed with a sense of spaciousness.  The home has an open feeling with a view through sliding glass doors to the rear patio.  The second level – zoned apart and private – has two spacious bedrooms.  The master suite features a dressing alcove with a beautiful vanity and a tub/shower combination.  Sliding glass doors open onto a deck.

How did Village III get its’ name?  Prowswood often referred to their developments as “villages” and our village was their third project.  Hence the name Village III.

The main road surrounding Village III is about as wide as a typical suburban street.
